
APPLICATION AND ADMISSION
To submit your application, please use the following link. You will need to submit by email a clear photocopy of your passport, and your school documents, should be enclosed to your application.
It is not necessary to present international language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, DALF, TCF, etc.). For admission to the university, it is sufficient to have English in the educational document on the previous level of education (secondary education, higher education).
Foreign students coming for studies at the Foundation Course through Rus-Lanka Campus are admitted to the university without any entrance exams.
Foreign students coming for programs in Russian and English through Rus-Lanka Campus are admitted to universities on preferential terms; namely, they usually pass entrance exams in the form of interview or testing.
The Rus-Lanka Campus organization ensures your admission to the university if you comply with all the necessary formalities.
An invitation confirms the applicant's purpose of arrival in Russia and is a required part of the visa application. Foreigners who have been admitted to a Russian university will be issued an invitation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The student must provide a copy of the invitation in their document package for his visa. The invitation will be valid for 3 months.
Upon completion of studies, the graduates receive a diploma of higher education in conformity with Russian national standards, specifying degree/qualification (Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Specialist/Specialist Engineer) and educational program. The recognition of Russian diplomas all over the world is ensured by intergovernmental and international agreements/conventions or by the national legislation of the countries.
The recommended age for applying for studies at Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Specialist’s degrees is up to 25 years. The age over 25 years is discussed individually with the University Dean Office.
A student visa can be obtained at the Embassy of the Russian Federation. It is worth starting registration 45 days before arrival in Russia. The visa issuance process takes about 1 week.
Your initial student visa will be valid for 3 months. You must renew your visa by applying through your university. Your second visa will be issued for the entire year.
The 1st year foreign students start studying on 1st October/1st November. Every university has the right to set its own schedule for the 1st year foreign students. Please, check the starting date with your manager. The 2nd and following years the study starts on the 1st September.
Mostly, the University provides a place in the student’s dormitory. However, places are limited. Rus-Lanka Campus advises students to apply for study and accommodation in the beginning of the enrollment process. The price for room space varies from 12 to 90 usd monthly depending on the number of the persons in the room.
